Welcome to The Cleaning Compass! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

1. General Information.

1.1 The website Thecleaningcompass.com and any affiliate is operated and registered by The Cleaning Compass.

1.2 By using this website you confirm that you’re at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Any digital products are provided as a downloadable file after purchase. Physical goods are shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam folders for any missing emails that would include the downloadable link.

2.2 Any consultation services are arranged via electronic conference. Your time is set to 30 minutes and is subject to additional costs if the time exceeds the booking time.

2.3 Product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2.4 Digital downloads are final sale, no physical item is shipped. These items are not for resale, or distribution.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds are available for physical products under the following conditions: the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped, and refund requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

3.2 The refund process. To request a refund email billing@thecleaningcompass.com, with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the defective or damaged product. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

3.3 Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank as processing times may vary. there may be a delay. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

3.4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@thecleaningcompass.com.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, and digital products is the property of The Cleaning Compass and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1 The Cleaning Compass is not liable for:

Loss or damage caused by the user’s inability to use our digital products or physical goods, Delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers, delays or issues caused by third-party commerce transitional providers (eg, PayPal), Damages or injuries resulting from the use of any of the cleaning guides, checklists, or related digital products. All cleaning instructions, tips, or advice are provided for informational purposes only. It is the users’ responsibility to test cleaning methods and products safely and inconspicuously before use.

5.2 In no event shall our liability exceed the total cost of the order in question.

6. Shipping

6.1 Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any errors in shipping details provided by the customer.

6.2 Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customer processes. Depending on where you live shipping times may vary.

6.3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item.

6.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.5 If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada

7.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the course in Ontario, Canada.

8.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
